Spicks and Specks is the second studio album by the Bee Gees. It was released in November 1966, on Spin. Primarily written by Barry Gibb, the album features the first Robin Gibb composition "I Don't Know Why I Bother With Myself" and a Maurice Gibb composition "Where Are You"

The Puhdys song "Wenn ein Mensch lebt" is based on this song; it was recorded for the 1973 East German film The Legend of Paul and Paula, for which it would have been impossible at the time to secure the rights to the Bee Gees' song Karel Černoch performed the Czech version of this song named "Sto kouzelnejch slok". Barry Gibb performs this song as part of his Mythology Tour.
