Jobriath is the first album by the American glam rock artist Jobriath and was released in 1973. Lyrically the album combines science fiction imagery, sexual themes and tributes to female movie icons. The daring (for 1973) opening track, "Take Me I'm Yours" is an overtly S&M fantasy. Take it out on me, baby, I'm ready.

As you all know (if you watched the doc ;) that is), Jobriath was definitely part of the theatre community, having written the score to an off-Broadway musical at the Public Theater and was working on a couple of other musicals at the time of his death, so I will be focusing on those primarily. please follow us on IG at tlightsdoc We encourage participation, too!! xo Kieran. 5 December 2018 ·.
