The highlights for me are two "new" tracks: "What's the New Mary Jane" is just incredible and would have graced the White Album much more so than "Revolution 9", and "Mailman Bring Me No More Blues" is somberly beautiful. "Rocky Raccoon", and "I've Got a Feeling" are popularly cited highlights, and in my opinion "Obladi Oblada" and "Honey Pie" are much better here than on the White Album.
The third and final Anthology album, Anthology 3 was welcomed. Alternate tracks from The White Album, Let It Be, and Abbey Road. I especially like Paul's demo of Come and Get It, and John's "Let it Be session" revisit of Aint She Sweet, nearly 10 years after the original MGM release.
