A Santa suit is a costume worn by a person portraying Santa Claus. The modern American version of the suit can be attributed to the work of Thomas Nast for Harper's Weekly magazine, although it is often incorrectly thought that Haddon Sundblom designed the suit in his advertising work for The Coca-Cola Company. Sundblom's work did standardize the western image of Santa, and popularized the image of the red suit with white fur trim.

Santa Claus, also known as Saint Nicholas, Kris Kringle, Father Christmas, or simply Santa, is a legendary figure originating in Western Christian culture who is said to bring gifts to the homes of well-behaved children on Christmas Eve (24 December) and the early morning hours of Christmas Day (25 December)

Brenda Lee, née Brenda Mae Tarpley (born December 11, 1944 in Atlanta, Georgia), is an American country-pop singer, who was popular during the 1950s and 1960s. She was given the nickname Little Miss Dynamite after recording Dynamite in 1957; the explosive strength of the sound pouring out of her small frame amazed audiences and promoters.

Transport this fantastic character are flying sled (sleigh), drawn by reindeer (reindeer). According to the tradition of Santa Claus outfit - jacket of red and white fur. These colors - the only thing that got him by inheritance from St. Nicholas, who does not look like a good-natured plump old man. St. Nicholas, who was walking in a long pilgrimage and help people, including his gifts, especially revered in the Netherlands and Germany for his philanthropy. In 1626, Dutch settlers arrived in the New World and founded a settlement of New Amsterdam, is now known as New York. The Santa Clause is a 1994 American Christmas fantasy family comedy film written by Leo Benvenuti and Steve Rudnick, and directed by John Pasquin.

The name Santa Claus is the English form of the Dutch name for St. Nicholas Sinterklaas. Though the modern Santa Claus is associated with a world of fantasy, the historical St. Nicholas was a godly man known for his charity and generosity. According to the best estimates, Nicholas, was born around AD 280 in Patara, in Asia Minor. He later became bishop of Myra in modern-day Turkey. Nicholas, it seems, died about 343 on or near December 6. Nicholas was born in the 3rd century to wealthy Christian parents in Patara (a harbor city in modern day Turkey). Though the modern Santa Claus has devolved into a secularized figure surrounded by fantasy, his image can serve to help us remember the real St. Nicholas, a man who devoted his life to serving God and inspiring others to do the same. The purpose of all saints (all Christians) is to bring glory to God, not to detract from him.

Why Santa Claus wears red color: There’s no religious reasons for Santa wearing red. In 1930’s, Cocoa-Cola hired an artist Haddon Sandblom. They ran an advertisement campaign for 30 years where they had this Stout man with a beard, wearing a red coat with white fur, red trousers and a thick black belt, sitting and enjoying his drink. This cemented the image of Santa in red. North pole : It is believed Santa lives in the North pole where the temperature is extremely low. Gift : Santa is known for giving gifts to children. He has his workshop where the elves(dwarf like people) manufacture toys.

How St. Nicholas Became Santa Claus. Santa Claus and Coca-Cola. The Man Behind the Story of Father Christmas/Santa Claus. Nicholas was a Bishop who lived in the fourth century in a place called Myra in Asia Minor (now called Turkey). He was a very rich man because his parents died when he was young and left him a lot of money.
