Queenie Watts (born Mary Spenton; 21 July 1923 – 25 January 1980) was an English actress of film and television, as well as an occasional singer. Watts was born Mary Spenton in London in 1923.

If she had lived longer there would be no doubt that she would have at sometime become a cast member of Eastenders (which began in 1985) just like Anna Karen and Barbara Windsor have done. Queenie Watts (21 July 1926, London, England, UK – 25 January 1980 London, England, UK) was an English actress of film and television. She appeared in many British films and television programmes through the 60's and 70's, including the successful, but critically panned, "Romany Jones" (1973) and "Yus My Dear" (1976) with Arthur Mullard. She appeared in three different "Play for Today" stories on the BBC, the most notable being "'Waterloo Sunset'" which aired on 23 January 1979. Queenie (disambiguation) - Queenie was a caricature of the historical figure Queen Elizabeth I of England.
