Word of Mouth is the debut studio album by Toni Basil. It was first released in 1981 in the . It was certified Gold by RIAA. It featured the worldwide hit "Mickey". The album also contains three covers of songs by the band Devo who also performed on the songs. The song "You Gotta Problem" is actually a retitled version of Devo's "Pity Yo.
