Living Legends is an American hip hop supergroup consisting of six indie hip hop artists from California. Beginning in the early 1990s, the crew garnered a following by recording, promoting and performing their music independently through Legendary Music. The crew is considered by LA Weekly to be "one of the biggest success stories of the indie-rap movement, having sold close to 300,000 units of their various solo and group efforts - all by them-damn-selves.

Living Legends is the sixth studio album by American hip hop duo 8Ball & MJG. The album was released on May 11, 2004, by Bad Boy South. It spawned three singles "You Don't Want Drama", "Straight Cadillac Pimpin'" and "Forever". In addition to selling 750,000 copies to date, the album sold 121,000 copies in its first week and debuted to number three spot on the Billboard 200, making it 8Ball & MJG's highest charting album to date. This CD released in 1994 was remastered by Phil De Lancie and features a song not on the original 1961 album. Trumpeter Percy Humphrey's debut as a leader (he was already 56) finds the sincere if limited trumpeter jamming on a variety of traditional New Orleans themes with a group of complementary musicians: trombonist Louis Nelson, clarinetist Albert Burbank, banjoist Emanuel Sayles, bassist Louis James and drummer Cie Frazier.
